1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FieldQuote, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FieldQuote is a mobile application that helps contractors create, manage, and send professional quotes to their clients. Our services include:

• Quote creation and management
• Material price lookups from retailers
• Professional PDF generation
• Email delivery of quotes
• Push notifications for quote activity
• Offline quote access

3. Account Registration

To use FieldQuote, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

FieldQuote offers subscription plans with the following terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Free trial periods may be offered for new users
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided in accordance with app store policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use FieldQuote for any illegal purpose
• Send quotes containing false or misleading information
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer or copy our application
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Transmit viruses or malicious code

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all quotes, client information, and business data you create in FieldQuote. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit this content as necessary to provide our services.

FieldQuote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Accuracy of price information from third-party sources
• Business decisions made based on quotes created with our service
• Loss of data due to technical issues
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FieldQuote, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be revoked
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after the retention period

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of FieldQuote after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
